Credit Card Transactions
For your protection we use AVS (Address Verification System) when processing credit card transactions. When ordering, please provide the correct address as it appears on your credit card statement in addition to the shipping address (if different).

Shipping
Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours and sent USPS Priority Mail. Shipping Rates: $4.35 for orders shipping within the United States. Add an additional $10 for international orders.

Returns
All items can be returned for any reason up to 10 days after original shipping date. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back, and upon receipt a credit for the original amount of purchase will be issued to the customer’s credit card.

Privacy Policy
Rackhat Co. will collect all ordering information and process the transactions directly through our secure terminal using Paymentech secure servers without FTP access. When an order is processed a receipt will be automatically and simultaneously sent to the customers email address that will contain all of the following information:

1. A Receipt Number
2. Complete Merchant contact information (Rackhat Headwear, Inc.) with physical Address, telephone and fax numbers and e mail address.
3. Transaction Information including date, amount, code number and type (charge).
4. Additional contact information for Credit Card Transaction Processing through Paymentech.

Absolutely none of the customer information will be shared, distributed or seen by any outside sources at any point, ever. Customers credit card number will not be available or retrievable once the initial order has been transacted.
